Method
 

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Add sugar-free gelatin to a bowl and pour in the hot water, stirring until fully dissolved.

  4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then add protein powder or yogurt if using, stirring gently.
  5. Pour into small containers or molds.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours until fully set.
  7. Serve chilled and top with fresh berries if desired.
