Blue Salt Trick Drink

Ingredients
  

  • 8-12 oz water
  • 1 pinch blue salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with 8–12 ounces of water.
  2. Add a small pinch of blue salt to the water.
  3. Stir thoroughly until the salt is fully dissolved.
  4. Taste and adjust with more water or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
  5. Drink immediately while fresh.

Notes
