Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz crab meat or imitation crab
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 spray nonstick cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Stir thoroughly until the mixture becomes smooth and evenly combined.
  5. Arrange half of the wonton wrappers across the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. Spread half of the crab mixture evenly over the wonton wrappers.
  7. Add another layer of wonton wrappers over the filling.
  8. Spread the remaining crab mixture evenly over the second wonton layer.
  9. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly across the top.
  10. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese melts, the edges become golden brown, and the filling bubbles around the sides.
  11. Allow the casserole to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
