- Warm 1 cup of water until it is warm but not hot.
- Add 1 teaspoon of raw honey to the warm water.
- Stir thoroughly until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Add a small pinch of baking soda if using and mix again.
- Drink once daily, preferably in the morning or at a consistent time.
