Method
- Pour the fruit juice into a saucepan and sprinkle gelatin evenly on top. Let sit for 3–5 minutes to bloom.
- Place the saucepan over low heat and stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves. Do not boil.
- Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice if using, and stir until fully combined.
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or a small dish.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes until firm.
- Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Use low heat when dissolving gelatin to avoid grainy texture. Adjust gelatin كمية for firmness (more = firmer gummies). Taste mixture before chilling to balance sweetness. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5–7 days. Silicone molds make removal easier.
