Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fruit juice (orange, berry, or apple)
  • 2–3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pour the fruit juice into a saucepan and sprinkle gelatin evenly on top. Let sit for 3–5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Place the saucepan over low heat and stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves. Do not boil.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice if using, and stir until fully combined.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or a small dish.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  6. Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Use low heat when dissolving gelatin to avoid grainy texture. Adjust gelatin كمية for firmness (more = firmer gummies). Taste mixture before chilling to balance sweetness. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5–7 days. Silicone molds make removal easier.
