Method
 

  1. Add gelatin to cold water and let it sit for 3–5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Heat water or juice gently until warm, not boiling.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin into the warm liquid and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add sweetener or flavoring if desired and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a container.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  7. Remove from molds or cut into cubes and serve.
