Method
- Add gelatin to cold water and let it sit for 3–5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat water or juice gently until warm, not boiling.
- Add the bloomed gelatin into the warm liquid and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add sweetener or flavoring if desired and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a container.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Remove from molds or cut into cubes and serve.
