- Add gelatin to a bowl with cold water and let it sit for 3–5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat water or herbal tea until warm but not boiling.
- Add the bloomed gelatin into the warm liquid and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add fruit juice or sweetener if desired and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a dish or silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
- Cut into cubes or remove from molds and serve.
