Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup warm water or herbal tea
  • 2 tbsp cold water (for blooming)
  • 1 tbsp fruit juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp natural sweetener (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add gelatin to a bowl with cold water and let it sit for 3–5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Heat water or herbal tea until warm but not boiling.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin into the warm liquid and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add fruit juice or sweetener if desired and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a dish or silicone molds.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
  7. Cut into cubes or remove from molds and serve.
