  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (optional)

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 cup of water until it reaches a near boil.
  2. Add gelatin powder to a mixing bowl and pour in the hot water.
  3. Stir continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved with no granules remaining.
  4. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
  5. Add optional fruit or sweetener if desired.
  6. Pour the mixture into a container or molds.
  7. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until fully set.
  8. Serve chilled as a light dessert or snack.
