- Heat 1 cup of water until it reaches a near boil.
- Add gelatin powder to a mixing bowl and pour in the hot water.
- Stir continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved with no granules remaining.
- Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
- Add optional fruit or sweetener if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a container or molds.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until fully set.
- Serve chilled as a light dessert or snack.
